Abstract :

After the 2000s, the Digital Smile Laser Esthetics Dentistry have entered a fairly mature stage; especially in the development of clinical minimally invasive all-ceramic aesthetic restoration technology and medical application, such as the following three methodologies: 一、Laser MicroDentistry Technology for Hard & Soft Tissue Treatment;二、Laser Etching Methodology for Dental Adhesive Bonding Technology; 三、Dental Laser Assisted for Ultraconservative Full-ceramic Rehabilitation。

The wavelength of the laser is used to determine its characteristics and functions, because different wavelengths have different efficiencies for tissue absorption; the application of lasers in the field of aesthetic dentistry will of course include lasers of different wavelengths.Specific wavelengths can lead to accuracy and correctness, while reducing the damage caused by traditional dental instruments in surrounding tissues; the clinical application of minimally invasive aesthetic restorations in today’s dental lasers has changed the way of clinical modification and treatment planning, are developed. Laser clinical applications in cosmetic dentistry include soft tissue and hard tissue; including Thermal effects; Mechanical effects; Hydrodynamic effect and LLLT.

It is necessary to preserve the clinical criteria of the tooth tissues and structure as much as possible; mainly to study the principles of dental laserography, aesthetic analysis of smiles, principles of bonding techniques, principles of colorology, clinical aesthetic concepts of visual principles, It is always used in diagnosis, treatment planning and mechanical transfer.
